JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The man accused in a groping incident in November at the University of North Florida has been arrested.
The University Police Department said the man, Eyad Tawil, 45, of Jacksonville, was arrested Wednesday by police.
A UNF student responded to a Craigslist ad from a single father for a babysitter. When the two met up, the UNF student was battered, officials said.
