The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is looking for the gunman who shot a man in the hand and leg Tuesday night outside an apartment complex in Woodland Acres.
Officers were dispatched just before 8:30 p.m. to the Oakwood Villas Apartments at 8201 Kona Ave.
They found the man who had been shot. He was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigators learned that the shooting happened in the common area of the apartment complex. The victim said the man who shot him ran away.
