UPDATE: Woman faces multiple charges after kidnapping 2-year-old

People inside a home there told police that a woman in her 20s came inside and took the girl, JSO Public Information Officer Christian Hancock said.

The people told police to start searching at the Fairway Oaks Head Start at 5417 Goldbrook Drive, where an officer found the girl crying inside a blue dumpster.

The suspect is being questioned by JSO and will likely face kidnapping charges, Hancock said.

Police believe the suspect knew the people inside the home but they are not certain of the relationship.
