JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department crews extinguished a fire Monday night in Mandarin.
Crews responded around 11 p.m. to a fire along Rue Street, which is just off Old St. Augustine Road and Caron Drive.
Action News Jax was told it involves a detached garage with a boat inside. An officer on scene said the family got the boat out of the burning shed just in time.
Fire official said it appears the fire was caused by an electrical issue. But, the cause is under investigation.
No one was injured.
