Dayshon Brown

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said they arrested a 19-year-old man they say drove through a Jacksonville home, killing a 66-year-old woman.

The incident happened in Feb. 2017.

On Saturday, JSO arrested Dayshon Davaris Brown, 19, and charged with him with Auto Theft and Leaving the Scene of a Traffic Crash Involving Death.

The crashed killed Sarah Joshua, 66, who was watching TV in her home at the time.

The victim’s 43-year-old nephew was also in the home at the time and was not hurt.

Police said the Brown lost control of a stolen Lincoln, drove completely through the home and stopped in the backyard.
