"Once they saw the one video that each one of them were observing, that was enough right there, they said we've got enough to charge these people," Captain Bruce said.

"You think you can send your kids outside to go play, and you don't know who they are playing with," Hewitt said.

Action News Jax checked both Johnson and Chancellor's criminal history, and didn't find anything in the state of Georgia.

"It is a shame that there are people in this world that take advantage of innocent children by producing such immoral and illicit images of sexual deviant monsters," Camden County Sheriff Jim Proctor. "It sickens me that they live among us every day."

The investigation continues and more charges are possible.
