The school revealed on its website it just doesn’t have the cash to keep operating.
Students who attend the Jacksonville and Orange Park campuses told us they learned the news last night.
Brandy Wade is wondering about the money she already paid the school and her future.
“Where am I going to go that’s still going to accept financial aid and help me with what I’ve already paid out?” she asked. “This is my job. School is my job right now.”
More than a dozen students arrived at the school one last time to pick up their supplies.

Representatives from several beauty schools also showed up to help students with transferring.
One school told us students who already paid in full to Regency would owe no money in order to transfer.
“I just want them to know somebody cares, what has happened to them,” said Judy Owens, operations director of American Academy. “This is catastrophic.”
