JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A judge has ordered no bond for a man who faces charges in connection with the murder of man in the parking lot of a Jacksonville Walmart.
Michael Wayne Carter II, 21, is accused in the shooting death of a 19-year-old who was shot in the face in the parking lot of a Jacksonville Walmart.
Carter turned himself in Monday night, four hours after officers asked for the public's help in finding him. His accused accomplice, 18-year-old D'andre Cohen, was arrested last week in connection with the murder of Peter Perez-Corona.
A judge on Tuesday ordered that Carter be held without bond on the murder and robbery charges.
Carter is scheduled to be back in court on Nov. 16.
