JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The man accused of killing 17-year-old Jordan Davis appeared in court Monday morning.
Michael Dunn had a pretrial hearing scheduled for 9 a.m. at the Duval County Courthouse. Dunn's pretrial hearing was moved to August 4.
The deadline to file motions will be July 28.
The first-degree murder retrial is scheduled for September 22.
In June, a judge ruled that Dunn would not be sentenced on three attempted murder convictions until after the retrial.
Dunn was convicted of attempted second-degree murder for firing at an SUV carrying Davis' three friends following a fight over load music at a Southside gas station. Davis was killed in the 2012 shooting.
