Nassau County sheriff: Boy who was subject of Florida Missing Child Alert found safe

UPDATE, 12/13/17, 5:39 p.m.: Nassau County Sheriff Bill Leeper said Camden Cunningham and his mother have been found in Jacksonville by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

Leeper said the child is fine and the Florida Department of Children and Families should be following up.

Guests at the Studio 6 on Baymeadows Road in Jacksonville tell Action News Jax that the boy, his mother and his mother's boyfriend had been staying at the motel all week.

A Florida missing child alert has been issued for a Nassau County 5-year-old.

Officials say Camden Cunningham was last seen near the 5600 block of Nassau Oaks Drive Dec. 6.

Officials say he may be with his 25-year-old mom Adrienna Jones.

Nassau County officials say Camden has blonde hair and brown eyes. He is 3 feet, six inches tall and weighs 40 pounds.

Nassau County Sheriff's Office said they may be traveling in a blue 1998 Mustang with Florida tag EWTY55.
