Murder warrant issued in connection with Clay man's death

GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. — Deputies in Clay County are on the hunt for a man wanted for murder.     

An arrest warrant was issued Tuesday for Jarod Romani. Police say he's connected to the death of Jason Kent.

Kent and two other men are accused of stealing chainsaws from the back of a pickup truck at a gas station in June.     

Detectives say the owners chased down the suspects and got into a fight with them.     

Kent was taken to the hospital where he later died.
