This is unacceptable. And Twitter is not how you should be notifying your customers. Mass email to let people know before they go out. I used to love Navy Federal but now it's a joke.

I just got off the phone with their rep and ask if they were going to send out a mass text or email stating the visa system is down. He said we have to rely on social media. Sorry but I don't follow you on social media. Treat your members better.

Found out no transactions would go through wile shopping at the Nex. Lots of unhappy Sailors as they prepare to ship out and have no access to their money.
