Officers are investigating after a man was shot in the face in a Jacksonville neighborhood on Saturday.
Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said the suspect surrendered at an unrelated traffic stop after the shooting on Charmont Dr.

A gun was found inside the suspect's car.
Police believe the shooting was domestic.
It happened down the road from a large family gathering, police said.
The man who was shot in the face is in serious but stable condition.
They are investigating what led to the shooting.
