JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officials are asking for help to find out who dumped two tons of used truck tires in Jacksonville.
Officials say a man was spotted in a red four-by-four pick-up truck in a wooded area near Braddock Road in north Jacksonville.

They say he was towing a diamond cargo trailer and dumped 50 tires in the woods.
