The city of Jacksonville has planned demolition of the old City Hall annex building, located at 220 E. Bay Street.
The implosion will take place Sunday, Jan. 20, at 8 a.m.

Staring at 7 a.m. and up to three hours following the implosion, access in and around downtown will be restricted, according to the city.
The city says, any residents and business personnel in the exclusion zone during the time of the demolition are asked to stay indoors and shelter in place. Noise, dust and pressure levels may pose safety concerns to citizens.
