The Putnam County Sheriff's Office has charged a man after he reportedly threw a brick at a windshield.
Officers responded just before noon Saturday in the 110 block of Michael Drive, which is near Lake George Concervation. The victim told officers that her boyfriend, 19-year-old Justin Gomez, threw a brick at her vehicle's windshield when she was leaving after an argument, said PCSO.
Police said the victim and 2-year-old daughter were in the vehicle at the time of the incident. The victim told officers glass went all over her and her daughter.
Gomez left the scene, and officers located and arrested him Sunday morning.
Gomez is charged with throwing a deadly missile into an occupied vehicle.
