Jacksonville Beach teen found safe

Jacksonville Beach, Florida — UPDATE: The teen has been located safely, authorities say.

City officials of Jacksonville Beach said their police department needs help from the community in locating a missing teen.

Authorities are concerned for the well being of Jyhre Keonta Allen, 14, based on statements he reportedly made before leaving his home.

He is described as a black boy that's 5 feet tall and weighs 90 pounds.

Authorities said he has black hair and brown eyes.
