A man has been charged with the fatal stabbing of a pregnant woman in Jacksonville.
Officials said Armanuel Nathaniel Cummings is charged following the death of a five-month pregnant woman who was stabbed multiple times in her home in Westside Jacksonville, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said.
Officers went to a home on West 21st Street to find the 29-year-old woman had been stabbed.
The woman's boyfriend is a person of interest, JSO said.
The woman and unborn child died at the hospital.
The name of the woman will be released once her family has been notified by police.
The investigation is ongoing.
