Remnants of Lee may develop into storm system in Atlantic

We could see another storm system in the Atlantic in the next couple of days.

A small area of low pressure associated with the remnants of Lee has the potential to develop during the next few days.

The area of low pressure is over the central Atlantic Ocean.

It is producing a concentrated area of showers and thunderstorms.

Some additional development of this system is possible during the next few days while it moves slowly northward through early next week.

The area of low pressure has a 40 percent chance of formation in the next 48 hours and 50 percent chance of formation in the next five days.
