Report: Woman without pants strikes cop at Middleburg home

A Clay County woman didn't have any pants on when she struck a deputy in the chest, a Clay County Sheriff's Office report said. 

Oshea Beaver, 24, was naked from the waist down -- "only a shirt on," the report noted -- when a deputy arrived at a home to quell a disturbance.

Beaver was "extremely intoxicated" and was cursing at the deputy, the report said. After she pushed the deputy, she was "redirected to the ground."

Beaver was put in the back of a squad car, and she began to strike her head on the center divider, police said. She eventually calmed down, the report said. 

She is charged with battery on a law enforcement officer.
