At the Little Caesars in Palatka, a health inspector saw live roaches, dead roaches, and temperature violations of cold food held too warm and warm food held too cold.  A follow up inspection is needed.
At Fusion Sushi on University Boulevard West, a  health inspector saw 20 live roaches, dead roaches, and a soiled soda gun. It was temporarily shut down.
At Jax Royal Buffet, a health inspector saw flies on onions, issued a stop sale on chicken for temperature violations, and noted multiple cold food items that were being held too warm.
It was allowed to reopen after two follow-up inspections.
