I have night terrors also, for 20 years now. they use to be so bad i was afraid to sleep at night chance everything around in my life so I could sleep in the day time. but then it start to happen in the day time. I would wake up screaming at the top of my lung my neighbors would call the police, I guess they thought my husband was beating me, and my poor husband was a nervous wreck, our daughters was litter when this started, he was scare to leave me home with them because he knew they wouldn't know what to do if it happen. he didn't really know what to his self but hold and rock me in his arm. I went to the docter and was told it was stress, I try to relax a litter more it help for a while but thye came back. one night I drop to my knee and ask god to please help me. and they stop for a long time. I still have them every now and then. But I was so happy to see this on the news this morning, just knowing I'm not the only one suffer from this made me smile. I would love to learn more about this and to be tested to see whats really going on. Thank you so much for this stoy. M.Stokes
