(9:34 p.m.): Seminole County Sheriff's Office said the teen has been found.
The Seminole County Sheriff's Office is asking the public for help finding a missing and endangered 14-year-old.
Samantha DaSilva and her sister left their home located in the 2900 block of Willow Bay Terrace in unincorporated Casselberry to go to a nearby park at about 3 p.m. Sunday . At around 4:30 p.m., Samantha’s sister returned home, but Samantha was not with her.
Family members are concerned about Samantha’s well-being because she recently made threats to harm herself, officials said.
Samantha is a white female, 5’3’ tall, weighs approximately 120 pounds, with short gray or partially gray hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a dark blue sweatshirt with AEagle (American Eagle Outfitters) lettering on it and light colored blue jeans.
Anyone with information on Samantha’s whereabouts should call 911 or the SCSO at 407-665-6650.
