Jacksonville rescue crews are responding to a report of an overturned boat with multiple people in the water near the Dames Point Bridge on Monday.
Rescue units have pulled three people from the water, according to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.
The Coast Guard said the motor vessel Grand Mercury reported the overturned boat. A tugboat at Sewells Point pulled two of the three people out of the water.
The people were taken to Blount Island, where emergency personnel met them. The Coast Guard said everyone appears to be in good condition.
The Coast Guard is assessing the boat that's still in the water.
