Transcript: 911 call made before death of Baker County child with autism

Officials said the Chance had suffered a recent skull fracture to the front right forehead.

Here's the transcript of the emergency call made by Jonathan Register, the boyfriend of a mother whose 4-year-old child with autism, Chance Vanderpool, died shortly after being taken to the hospital.

Register is accused of child abuse against Chance's sibling. Register is charged with aggravated battery and cruelty towards a child. A judge set his bail at $2 million:

911 dispatcher: 911, what is the emergency?

Jonathan Register: Yes ma'am. I'm at 10854 Cedar Creeks Farms Road. My son ... is unresponsive.

Dispatcher: OK, sir. I'm going to need for you to calm down. You said he was unresponsive?

Register: We don't think he's breathing.

Dispatcher: OK. How old is he?

Register: He woke up this morning and he is not responsive.

Dispatcher: Can you tell if he's not breathing?

Register: I don't know if he's still breathing. I'm downstairs trying to get a signal.

Dispatcher: OK. Let me confirm --10854 Cedar Creeks Farms Road. How old is he?

Ramsey: Four. Please, hurry up.
