The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is investigating a deadly crash in North Jacksonville on Lannie Road about a mile south of the Jacksonville National Cemetery.
The Sheriff's Office said the crash happened around 9:30 a.m.
Action News Jax reporter Lorena Inclan was on the scene of the crash. The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department crew on the scene was working to get two people who were trapped with serious injuries out of the vehicle. According the Sheriff's Office, the two people died on impact.
Crews are responding to the 4000 block of Lannie Rd for a motor vehicle accident with a vehicle rollover... E34 is on scene advising two people are trapped with serious injuries.

The Sheriff's Office said the driver lost control of the vehicle for an unknown reason and the vehicle went across a lane of oncoming traffic and into a ditch.
Authorities said after the car hit the ditch, it became airborne and then hit a tree. The Sheriff's Office said the two killed in the crash died on impact.

JSO said, "The identities of the individuals could not be determined at this point, including approximate age and sex. Follow-up to be conducted by our traffic homicide unit."
Family has set up a GoFundMe account to help pay for burial expenses.
