According to a police report from the April arrest, Martinez met the victim on Grindr and asked him to exchange nude photos.
Martinez then threatened to release the photos on the internet if the victim did not meet him for oral sex.
On Tuesday the 22-year-old was charged with new charges of video voyeurism.

Investigators said Martinez hid cameras in the dorm bathroom, recording video of at least one victim in the shower.
UNF students were alarmed by the accusations.
“Disgusting. It’s an invasion of privacy," Junior Quinn Bailey said.
A Duval judge said Martinez will remain in custody because of a hold on similar charges out of Alachua County.
Martinez’s next court date is August 8.
