Rachel Hopkins, 22, was driving a 2010 Kia Forte westbound on CR-238, headed toward the same intersection.

All 4 people in the car driven by Hopkins were taken to Shands Hospital in Gainesville.  The Kia Forte has $10,000 worth of damage.
