Water main ruptured on Beach Boulevard and San Pablo Parkway

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A water main blew on the corner of Beach Boulevard and San Pablo Parkway around 8:30 Saturday morning.

JEA crews have isolated the problem and most customers have water pressure restored to them.

JEA spokeswoman Gerri Boyce says the area from Beach Boulevard to J. Turner Butler Boulevard were impacted by low to no water pressure, the Mayo Clinic was included in the affected area.

Boyce tells Action News there are three main water valves in the area of Beach Boulevard and San Pablo Parkway.

She says the crews used process of elimination to determine which main has ruptured.
