NEW YORK, NY -- American Airlines is apologizing for the behavior of one of its flight attendants.
The airline worker lost his cool after the plane was delayed for hours due to weather.
The flight attendant got on the cabin loudspeaker and said, "I don't want to hear anything. We will not hear anything once we close the door. So, if you have balls. Otherwise, you are going to fly with Jose."
The comments made a number of passengers upset on the plane, including some children.
The plane from New York to Raleigh, North Carolina, was ultimately canceled.
