A good idea would be to act to stop a child murdering dictator, Assad, from continuing in power. This man has committed many war crimes all to remain in power. Obama lacks backbone he didn't wait for authorization on Libya. He's scared the situation could escalate so pushes aside the morale and ethics he claims to have. Many of you say we shouldn't go to war with Syria or punish them for the atrocities committed. What if it was your family that had been gassed. What if it was your family that murder squads came for in the middle of the night killing everyone at that address? Would you be so passive about it then? We are not the world's policemen but if we turn a blind eye to this don't claim we are always the good guys. The fact is there is no money in this for us it's about doing the right thing and there will be high price tag with it. Disgusts me that Americans would decry foul when it obvious what Assad has done. To many countries in the world acknowledge and none them want do anything to stop it.

A good idea, aljos. However, we also need to send in 'private contractors' to put the ones responsible down.

A good response would be to cripple Syria's ports, it limits casualties, and would severely hurt the government.
