OTTAWA, Kan. (AP) -- A criminal complaint says a 27-year-old man arrested earlier this week has been charged with capital murder, first-degree murder and other charges in the deaths of three people whose bodies were found at a rural eastern Kansas farm home.
It was not immediately clear whether Kyle Flack also is being charged in connection to a missing 18-month-old girl who authorities say is presumed dead.
The complaint released Friday says Flack is charged with multiple counts of capital murder and first-degree murder. He also faces charges of rape and criminal possession of a firearm
The bodies of 21-year-old Kaylie Bailey, 30-year-old Andrew Stout and 31-year-old Steven White were found earlier this week on an Ottawa-area farm. Bailey had gone missing last week with her 18-month-old daughter, Lana, who is presumed dead.
