CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. -- A man has been found guilty of having sex with a woman and not disclosing his HIV status.

Craig Davis was convicted of HIV-reckless conduct.

Davis' attorneys claimed he doesn't have HIV, and said there's no accurate test that detects the virus.

You've got to be kidding me. An apparently scorned woman takes a man to court because she didn't bother to take responsibility in her sex life by asking about his sexual health. Unbelievable. Granted he should've disclosed that information to her before consent to intercourse, but c'mon lady! You're both adults here!! Act like it!! People seem to be losing their common sense more and more as each day goes by.
