JACKSONVILLE, Fla. —
The eastbound lanes of Merrill Roadwere closed under I295 due to an accident with injuries.
Two vehicles collided under the I-295 ovrepass around 1 p.m. on Sunday.
Jacksonville Fire Rescue attended to the victim on the ground, along with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office who diverted traffic.
Four different rescue units were on the scene.
The severity of the injuries were not immediately released.
