Criminal defense attorney weighs in on new FAMU hazing death charges

JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- The parents of the FAMU drum major killed in a hazing incident are applauding the decision to upgrade charges against the defendants to manslaughter.

A dozen defendants are now facing second-degree manslaughter charges in the death of Robert Champion.

Criminal Defense Attorney Janet Johnson joined us in the studio to discuss the decision for the charges and the possible future of this case.
