I love it, Scott pointing out the obvious about whimsical unscrupulous spending on the elephant hunting trip while that Presidents country is suffering. Then he adds; hopefully the President will come visit us in Florida, yet spending more of that countries needed money. Go Figure! Well, maybe it was sarcasm now that I think about it....
