i don't often support tricky ricky,, in fact the reverse could be said,, yet on this issue,, he is correct !!! get all multi registered people off the rolls,, including snowbirds with multi state registrations !!! they vote here in person & at the home state by absentee ballot !!! or they vote here by absentee ballot and in person in the home state
