WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (Palm Beach Post) -- A 34-year-old Boynton Beach man was arrested Tuesday after authorities alleged that he had sex with a girl under the age of 18.
Jamaine Hunter is facing charges of sexual battery and unlawful sexual activity involving a minor. He remained at the Palm Beach
County Jail late Wednesday in lieu of $100,000 bond.
According to a probable cause affidavit, Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office deputies began investigating the alleged activity in August.
A girl told investigators she had consensual sex with Hunter on three occasions. Hunter gave the girl a marijuana joint to smoke prior to each incident, the affidavit said.
On one occasion, Hunter allegedly touched the girl without permission and sexually battered her.
Deputies questioned Hunter, and he denied that he touched her inappropriately or gave her marijuana.
A judge issued a search warrant for pictures after the girl provided investigators with a specific description about Hunter’s private area.
Hunter told investigators he had male enhancements. He said the girl never saw him naked, but could not explain how she would have known about the enhancements, the affidavit said.
