BRUNSWICK, Ga. -- A mistrial was declared Friday after a Glynn County jury was unable to reach an unanimous verdict in a child molestation case.

The mistrial was declared Friday in the case of state of Georgia vs. Robert Waye after a Glynn County jury was unable to reach a unanimous verdict.

The jury heard evidence on Thursday and Friday. It deliberated for several hours on Friday. A decision has not been made as to whether there will be a retrial.
