Take it out of the schools' hands.....giving the bully a day off to do it again another day is not a consequence....should be a police matter....schools have proven they are not equipped to handle out of control kids.

I want one of the bully kids to touch my kids, I will take the law into my hands and the police would not be needed! Lazy azz parents, it's your job to teach your kids right from wrong, not the school. The school is there to educate, teach history, English, science and so forth. The teachers are not baby sitters, grow up people and teach your kids!

First of all, it is whiney parents that have perpetuated this problem. They don’t want the schools system punishing their little “angels” but they are too lazy or cowardly to discipline their kids themselves. Many of these so called “angles” are no more than juvenile delinquents and thugs. So, lack of discipline in the classroom and at home has allowed this to become a problem of the magnitude which it has become. We have an education system that is impotent and incapable of keeping these future prison cell dwellers in line because of ignorant and/or lazy parents. Secondly, if my children were still in school, I would have a real hard time letting SCHOOL officials investigate my child anywhere outside of the schools’ properties. This country is starting to sound more and more like Hitler’s Germany.
