he is lurking in jax beach. I saw him round 5 30 p and he shaved his hair off, and beard is cut shorter. I just notified jax bch police and filed a report. he walked up to me and my son and dog very quickly. He was wearing blue slip ons and had a cooler. He was very determined to get my dog to like him but she growled at him. He still persisted and I snatched up my kid and dog and walked away. My dog was not aggressive with any other people on the beach either, just him. I know she protected us. I cant believe how close he was to us! He could of easily push me down and snatched my son. Thank you lord in heaven for my protective dog.
