JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The St. John’s River Ferry will be closed for mandatory inspection and maintenance beginning Sunday, Dec. 1, and will reopen in three to four weeks.
The inspection and maintenance is periodically required by the United States Coast Guard and requires the ferry to be dry-docked during the maintenance period.
Normal daily service will continue until Saturday, Nov. 30.
