JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. — A SWAT matter came to a peaceful conclusion at a home in Jacksonville Beach.
Police took a man in custody at a home at 8th Avenue South and 4th Street, which is about eight blocks south of Beach Boulevard and 3rd Street.
Authoriites believe the man wanted to harm himself. According to police, the man is being Baker Acted and will undergo a mental evaluation.
