BATON ROUGE, La. - If you’re going to try to hold up former coworkers, and if they ask if that’s you, don’t answer.

Two fast-food workers were robbed by an armed man who was wearing a ski mask, WAFB reported.

One of the victims said that despite the fact that the alleged armed robber tried to disguise his identity, he knew who the man was because they worked together for months.

The police report said that one of the victims asked, “Cleveland, is that you?” The accused robber is quoted as saying, “No, it’s not me.”

The alleged robber then drove off in the same car that their former co-worker drove, WAFB reported.

Deputies at the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s office have arrested Cleveland Willis, on suspicion of armed robbery.
