Woman's mug shot earns her nickname 'prison bae'

The internet has named 24-year-old Sarah Seawright the latest "PrisonBae" or "hot Mugshot girl".  Seawright has bonded out of jail and is using her new internet fame to gain donations through GoFundMe. (EyeOpenerTV/Twitter)

Move over Jeremy Meeks, there’s a new “hot convict” in town.
Sarah Seawright, 24, was taken into custody in late April for failure to appear in court in connection to a 2014 arrest for careless driving and driving without insurance.
Her mug shot is garnering lots of attention and the internet has declared her the newest #PrisonBae.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — According to KARZ, Seawright was previously accused of robbery, kidnapping and battery for her role in a 2012 parking lot theft.

Seawright isn’t ignoring the media attention. Since bonding out, she has been active on Twitter and has a “Prisonbae” GoFundMe campaign, which is asking for donations “To be the woman I can be! 

 

 

Seawright is drawing comparisons to convicted felon Jeremy Meeks, who's handsome mug shot left the internet swooning. He completed his prison sentence in March and has embarked upon a modeling and acting career.
