Cavs' Varejao out for Wednesday

Cleveland, OH (Sports Network) - Cleveland Cavaliers forward/center Anderson Varejao has a right knee contusion and will miss Wednesday's road test against the Washington Wizards.

Varejao has missed the last three games and was expected to return against the Wizards, but the veteran big man will not travel with the team on their quick trip to Washington.

Through 25 games this season, the 30-year-old Brazilian is averaging a career- best 14.1 points per game to go with an NBA-best 14.4 rebounds per contest.
