Orchard Park, NY (Sports Network) - The Buffalo Bills signed offensive lineman Doug Legursky to an undisclosed contract, the team announced Wednesday.

Legursky comes to the Bills after spending his first four NFL seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers, during which he started 17 times while appearing in 51 regular-season contests. The former undrafted free agent also opened the Steelers' loss to Green Bay in Super Bowl XLV at center in place of an injured Maurkice Pouncey.

The move adds some experienced depth to a Buffalo offensive line that lost both starting left guard Andy Levitre and key reserve Chad Rinehart in free agency during the offseason.

Buffalo waived linebacker Greg Lloyd, who played in the final two games of last season, in a corresponding move.
