Jags arrive in Indy
INDIANAPOLIS, IN.--The Jacksonville Jaguars look to break into the win column Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts in a 1 p.m. kick on CBS47. The Colts come in at 1-1 after a win over Minnesota.
The Jaguars need to play stronger on the offensive line to give Blaine Gabbert time to throw downfield. Marcedes Lewis and Justin Blackmon had no impact on the passing game last Sunday.
On defense the Jags hope to get a boost from the return of Derek Cox. The Jaguars best cover corner has not played this season due to a hamstring injury. Daryl Smith is the teams all-time leading tackler, but the linebacker is still out with a groin injury.
Maurice Jones-Drew always runs well against the Colts. Mojo will get plenty of touches with Rashad Lewis out again with a knee injury.
The Mike Mularkey Show kicks off your football Sunday on CBS47 at 11 a.m. with the Jaguars pregame show at 11:30. Be sure to check out Action Sports 360 at 10:30 on FOX30 and 11:20 on CBS47 for the latest on the Jaguars.
