You need an editor, and fast. This is the second story that I have clicked on that has less than great grammar on this site! I am just graduating High School and if I were to turn in a paper like this to my teacher, I would get a bad grade. How much do these writers get paid? And as for the story, I find this extremely hilarious. Of course, nothing ever can go right with the Jags. Jones Drew doesn't even show up for practice! One of their so-called 'best' players won't go to practice with the rest of the team. If they really wanted to win, everyone would be there and pouring their heart and sould into it. Not shirking their chosen careers.

An embarrassment for our city. Ms. Laquidara sends a default letter to the Jaguars without understanding or reading the lease? The Jaguars stated clearly they make the reccomendation and the Mayor now cites a misunderstanding. Somebody is clueless. I completely side with the Jaguars and Shahid Kahn on this and Laquidara should be making a formal apology, not the Mayor. Bad form!

Another prime example of small town minded politicians trying to act like big city politicians. I wonder if Bill [Clinton] is proud of Mayor Brown this week. This is the mentality of the current admisistration, "Make sure you move the furniture in before you make sure the building is safe to move in to, and while you're at it, let's get rid of the Jaguars so all of them other city folks don't come here again." WOW! Really?

Way to go, Ms Laquidara!! Lemme guess...the new furniture in that horribly overpriced building that should be condemned you call the "new Courthouse" was your idea, too?? If I were the Mayor, your last day would have been today.

What do you exspect from a city that builds a court house millions over budget and then can't open it's doors on time. Sorry, sorry city gov.

Who cares 'who' own's EverbAnk. It is quite apparent the city was ready to 'pull the field' right out from under his and the team's feet from the very beginning, when he was still negotiating purchasing the team. If Mr Khan up and leaves he has every right to demand every cent he has invested thus far to be returned, a contract is a contract. And for the 'prosperity' that could come about with Mr. Khan being here, I hope Mayor Brown fixes this fast.

Who owns the stadium? The Jaguars or the city? We need to do like Miami did with Joe Robbie and the Dolphins, if you do not like it move. They moved. Miami is building a new Orange Bowl. You need to sand up and let the owners tell the teams what to do. So he spent millions. You made a mess with the supper bowl when it was here. Now you are going to do the same and let a team tell you how to run and manage your stadium. You cannot even fill a stadium or have sell outs for ever game. In the playoffs one of the announcers made a comment about the Steelers fans and there support. Half of the stadium was filled with Stealer fans. That should say something about the fans here. Most of use are from up North and still support our home teams. I am from Western PA. and keep in touch with what the Cleveland and Pittsburgh teams do through the newspapers up there since the slop sheet here does not say much about the other Sports teams.
