Florham Park, NJ (Sports Network) - Linebacker Calvin Pace signed with the New York Jets on Monday.

Pace, who was cut by the Jets in February in a cost-cutting move, had 55 tackles and three sacks in 16 games last season.

The 32-year-old Pace has spent the past five seasons with the Jets after signing as a free agent from Arizona, where he played his first five seasons. The Wake Forest product has 495 tackles and 42 sacks with 17 forced fumbles and three interceptions in 139 career games.
